#1: cylinder with just milk
#2: cylinder with milk and yogurt
#3: cylinder with milk and E.coli
#4: cylinder with milk, yogurt, and ampicillin

1. #1 turned out to be just milk. It was semi-transparent and there was a solid on the bottom. White in color.
2. #2 was unknown. It was semi-solid and white in color
3. #3 was semi-transparent, and white in color.
4. #4 was also semi-transparent, and white in color.
